Recruitment process
Polipar Company reqruits human recources who is appropriate for company culture, always believes continuous improvement, His/Her vision coincides with company’s goals in order to assess the current open positions, when the company need it. 
Our company e-mail, web site or directly through the company employees with the applications from different sources, such as recommendations for job applicants in our applicant pool is collected. In our Company all applications such as e-mail, application by website or by apply directly to the company, recommendations by the company’s employees, collected in a pool. We evaluate applications which have necessary qualifications and answers position needs in line with our company’s needs. We advertise on the internet if we can’t find suitable candidate from the existing portfolio. After collecting applications, first evaluation made by the HR evaluation and suitable candidates are selected to be invited for interviewing. According to the requirements of the position, work eligibility, generally skills and English proficiency tests can be applied to candidate generally. Recruitment process ends with bids made by HR and completion of the recruitment process to candidate who is successful in interviews  conducted by HR and relevant managers.
